cdn not working after update

Hi,

The CDN url is nolonger correct after a recent update to the plugin.

Here is the correct URL for one of the images:

https://magazineen-ed3b.kxcdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/taleja-logo-1.png

However the CDN Enabler plugin now writes the URL like this:

https://magazineen-ed3b.kxcdn.com/en/magazine/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/taleja-logo-1.png

This means none of the images or css load.

Please let me know if you can help with this issue.
