CDN setup not loading

    When trying to set up Cloudfront the “Initiate” button does not do anything on wordpress backend. The plugin sends the request for the certificate but the setup page on the wordpress backend remains unchanged (stays on the first page where it asks for an origin ID and an alternative domain). This means I can’t get to the “Check status of CloudFront DNS record” step to complete the setup
