To center the menu (on larger screens), try this custom CSS:

@media only screen and (min-width: 784px) {
  ul#menu-main-menu {
    text-align: center;
  }
}

And to change the font of the menu, try this CSS:

.gossip-nav .gossip-desktop-navigation ul li a {
  font-family: Times;
}

That will work for a “web safe” font (a font like Times, Arial, Helvetica, etc., that can be reasonably expected to be available on pretty much any device). If you’d like to use a more exotic font, it’s a bit more complex than that.
