I need to know how to center the paypal button using the shortcode.

You mean the paypal checkout button inside the shopping cart?

the add to cart button and the your shopping cart under that is what I am trying to center. It is over the shopping cart.

here is a link http://www.clousedesign.com/?page_id=65 the image is centered but not the add to cart button.
