    Isn’t there a way like we do in child themes such that when you update plugin, my changes automatically applies to same.

    Hi,

    No sir for plugin no way like child theme.

    I have plan to add Read More, Show all this type of common text dynamic from admin end in future version.

    So now I think no way without file changes.

    My suggestion to add an option to change read more text or any other text in plugin dashboard.
