Thanks for sharing screen cast.
When working remotely, the central deposit add-on does not check the user’s balance. You need to apply a condition in your code that when the users balance is above 0 the transaction should appear.

Used the REST API add-on.
You will have to check whether the user has points or not. After that you will hit the end points.
