Centralizing Adjusting by Resource

I really love this plugin but there are two things holding me off from buying it right now and both would seemingly be pretty easy to implement (splitting into two separate topics so they could be addressed individually)

I believe i saw this feature on one of the competing plugins, but basically have a large grid with all the CSS/JS files going down the left and the places they could be enabled disabled going across the top and a bunch of checkboxes where they intersect.

This would allow for quick initial configuration in bulk rather than having to go to each individual page to configure them.
