Your combination of margin and padding adds up to different values for creating top and bottom space. Your padding-bottom on #supplementary is 3.23em. So how about this?
#supplementary{
padding:2.23em 2.5% 3.23em 2.5%;
}
div#supplementary aside:nth-child(1n+1){
margin:1em 0 0 0;
}
2.23em padding-top + 1em margin-top = 3.23em

Ich würde gerne das zweite Widget (incl. Border) ein kleines bißchen und das erste Widget (ebenfalls incl. Border) noch ein bißchen tiefer setzen.

Hi, can you post in English? There are German forums if you prefer to use them.
Just adjust the padding on #supplementary to something you like. Remember that margin-top on aside and padding-top on #supplementary need to add up to the same value as your padding-bottom on #supplementary.
So:

dachte ich – aber es gefällt mir gar nicht. Scheint mir so, wie es bisher (un-zenrtiert) ist, besser sein. Hat sich also fast von alleine erledigt.
