but the rule {all_fields} didn’t show the the input in the email.
Just to be clear whether I understood your query. Even after filling the input field the email didn’t have the information?
Could you please share the form export so that we could give a closer look regarding this?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.
You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

Here the files on google drive. a form with required fields {name-1} and {email-1} . In that I can’t send the form even if the field {name-1} and {email-1} are filled . another form with optional fields {name-1} and {email-1} . In that I can send the form. Though the field {name-1} and {email-1} are filled it is not exported to the email .

Thanks for sharing the file export.
I imported the forms to my test site and was able to submit them and got the email notification with the corresponding field values.
A full plugin/theme conflict test is suggested in this type of scenario to identify if there is any element in the site causing the issue. Make sure you have recent backups and perform this operation on your dev/staging site if possible.

Basically, you’ll need to deactivate all plugins, except Forminator and switch to a basic theme. Then test if the issue persists. If it doesn’t then start activating the plugins one by one until you identify the one causing the issue.
