Hi there, overall this plugin works great. Users have been reporting way better results than we had with our last plugin, thanks for making this.

However, I did have a question – I noticed that a number of the articles were not originally indexed (not sure how many, but just from clicking around have found at least 5). Clicking on the “Update” button triggers a reindex it appears so we were able to add them, but not sure why this would be the case.

I’m also not sure if there’s a way to see what articles are not currently indexed either, which would also be a help (so we can at least do it manually, if it doesn’t work to do it programatically).

Any guesses on what could be going on? Thanks again

Only way I can think of that some things weren’t indexed at one point, but are getting that way now by editing/updating, would be if no bulk indexing was done previously.

If you visit /wp-admin/admin.php?page=algolia-search-page, you should see some buttons at the top of the page including “Re-index search page records” which should process all search-able posts into the Algolia index for you.

Similar UI options are available if you’re also using Autocomplete, but those tend to be per-content type instead of all at once.

Great thanks, I’ll give it a try.

I might wait until end of month though when billing cycle restarts and I have more operations in my free tier haha.
