Certain Screen Sizes Cannot Type In Box

On certain screens (depending on the zoom) when you click inside the search box nothing happens and you cannot type in anything. Works fine on mobile but not on some larger zooms. The search icon goes into the middle of the box and you cannot type. I disabled the search icon via CSS and the same thing happens except there is no search icon in the way. Any way to fix this?
