    Hi,

    I can’t fix my main certificate. I’ve tried to add my signature and date of completion but it’s not working for me. Also, the courses reflect the number of courses and for some reason the number of quizzes is the same. In other words, if it say 15 courses, it will say 15 quizzes, too.

    The link you shared appears to be an admin link that cannot be accessed without the necessary permissions. Could you please provide a screenshot of the issue instead? This will make it much easier for us to understand and assist you effectively.

    Additionally, we did register on your site and accessed the course as a student to look into the potential issue. However, since the course and quiz are quite lengthy, we were unfortunately unable to invest the time required to complete them and generate the certificate.

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the certificate issue along with more detailed information about what you are experiencing? This will help us investigate the matter more efficiently and provide you with the best possible solution.
