Certificate Creator Not Working

    I have updated to pro and activated the certificate maker. When I go into it, it gives me the option to create a new certificate. On this page I have 6 samples and “blank slate”. Whichever I click on I get the error messages “Could not create a certificate. Sorry, you are not allowed to create resources.”

    Hi @clairewhyte,

    It looks like you don’t have permission to create a certificate. The error message appears when your user role does not have the required access. Please check your user role settings. If multiple roles are assigned, try removing the extra roles and keeping only the admin role to get permission to create the certificate.

    If your account already has full admin access and no other roles are assigned, please try deactivating the Masteriyo Pro plugin and then reactivating it. Sometimes, permission issues can prevent resources from loading correctly, and this process may help fix the problem.
