    Good afternoon. I´m trying to design a certificate that will automatically insert the student´s name and current date and an ID number.
    I have inserted the codes:
    {{name}}
    COMPLETED ON {{date}}
    CERTIFICATE NUMBER: {{id}}

    I´ve also tried it with a single { }. The result of the certificate appears just like this. The data fields are not inserted. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.

    The certificate preview will not replace the variables. You need to check a real earned student’s certificate from the column “Students earned it”.

    Thanks. I understand that. I had created a practice student, run through the course and used the link to download the completion certificate. The variables were not replaced. However, 24 hours later, I went back to the same test student, ran through the course again, clicked on the link for the certificate, and the variables were replaced. I´m not sure what happened in the intervening 24 hours, but it´s working now. Thanks for such a prompt response.
