update- checked all certificates from admin area. same issue. no certificate is able to be accessed
I experienced this after updating to version 2.1.0. The pdf does not generate and a code is displayed on-screen. These are the first few lines:
Warning: strtoupper() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home/domain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/sensei-certificates/lib/tfpdf/tFPDF/PDF.php on line 1151

I reverted back to 2.0.7 and my pdfs are now generating properly.
thank you. for me it turned out to be a plugin meant to make all external links open in a new window. not sure why since these are internal links, but that was it
I have the same problem. And the certificates don’t show, if I open the certificate a message “There has been a critical error on this website”
Hi,
Im having the same issue.
Did someone finally fixed?
The PDF can’t be loaded.
THX.
Hi @daniellacarra ,
Since the issue which resolved the problem for the original poster has been resolved, I will close this thread.
If you’re still having trouble, please open a new thread, since, although issues can appear to be similar among users, they often have different root causes.
Best,
Cena
Hey @daniellacarra if you haven’t found a resolution, see my replies on the thread linked below – it seems on my site that if none of the text formatting checkboxes are selected in my certificate templates the PDFs will not generate, but if I use at least one of the checkboxes on each text field the PDFs will generate correctly. https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/certificate-issues-on-version-2-1-0/#post-14800816
