    Hello
    I have the sensei plugin with the certificate add-on. Just by modifying the background image of one of the ones that has already been set.

    the problem is that when I edit the styles of the text font, it is not modified, always the same style for the whole certificate.

    thanks

    Can you describe the exact style changes you’re making so we can test this?

    Yeah right.

    We have a certificate by default … the one that comes from the template and we modify the following:

    * HEADING: Times New Roman
    * MESSAGE: Helvetica
    * COMPLETION: Helvetica

    but the certificate exports everything the same.

    I haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on a test site. If I change the heading font to ‘Times’ then the heading on the certificate uses ‘Times’.

    Are you using the latest version of Sensei Certificates?

    It’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS (and extensions). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme.
