Certificate wont send

    I have the paid version of the Quiz Maker plug in. I have set all the settings for the thing to email a certificate upon completion. I’ve set myself up as a student, but it will not send the certificate. I get the email with the compltion letter, but no certificate. When i try to preview the cert in the settings, I get a red line that reads “Something is wrong please try again later.”

    Dear @gothibeast,

    Thank you for the topic.

    I am really sorry about the issue you are experiencing.
    Unfortunately, a technical issue occurred on our official website.
    It is connected to our Server (Hosting Provider) and unfortunately, is out of our control.

    I want to mention, that we are currently working hard to solve the problem as soon as possible.
    Because of the technical problem, an issue connected to generating the Certificate option/functionality has arisen as well.
    So, for now, as a temporary solution, please install the PDF API addon which may solve the issue you are experiencing.
    With the help of this addon, the process of generating Certificates takes place on your Server.
    Please install the addon and check the case again. Please note, that in order to use the PDF API addon, your PHP version must be lower than 8.

    You can make a DB Backup before upgrading for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus ).
