Certificates are off limits

    Hello,
    When I create a certificate, it goes off the limit of the frame. Please help

    Hi @tpvinnie,

    It’s not possible to view certificates on your LifterLMS site without logging in. Could you share a screenshot of what you’re experiencing?

    Additionally, have you checked the size of the image that you are using as the certificate background and the certificate size settings (LifterLMS > Settings > ENGAGEMENTS?

    Try reducing the background image size and see if that helps fix this.

    Thank you for your reply. See the following link for a screenshot of the certificate sample. As you can see, the text below goes off limits and this happens to all certificates that I create.

    @tpvinnie,

    Have you tried decreasing the text size? Otherwise, you’d need to have someone with CSS skills to ensure that everything fits properly. Do you have someone like that on board?

    I did play around with text size but nothing worked.
    I don’t have someone with CSS skills, but I think if you tell me what to do, I can manage. I’m a physicist, so I can easily learn a new computer skill to solve a problem
