Certificates emails not received

    We have a certificate that is not received by 3 different gmail accounts during testing. It is fine on other email services that we have tested. Is this a known issue or are there workarounds we can implement?

    Thank you for the topic.

    I want to mention, that the plugin doesn’t have any restrictions or limitations.
    We make use of the WordPress wp_mail default functionality, to which we pass the parameters. After that, the emails are sent via your Server.

    As you are mentioning, the email is being sent to other people. That means, there is no problem in this regard with the plugin.
    So, please get in touch with your Hosting Provider so they can help you understand the reason for the problem you are experiencing.
