    Hi,

    I have created my courses, then created an engagement via email, so once a student completes a course an email will be sent to him.

    Now, after 1 week passed, I’m thinking of creating another engagement which will include sending certificates to the students.

    My question is, some of the students have already completed, so if I create the certificate engagement now and delay it for 10 days, will the already completed students get the certificates after 3 days? Or will this engagement be triggered from the moment I create it?

    If so, how can I automatically send the certificates to the students who completed the courses before I create the certificate engagement?

    No, the already completed students would not get the certificates. The engagement will only be triggered from the moment it was created.

    If so, how can I automatically send the certificates to the students who completed the courses before I create the certificate engagement?

    I don’t think there’s a way this can be automated as the student has completed the course already. The only option here will be to manually send the certificate to the students.
