I spent the evening building certificates with no problems, but when I got up this morning I found I was unable to view the certs, it just comes up with “certificates not found”.

however when I was testing, I found the student will still received the certificates no problems. I just cant view them once I have made them.

    Any solutions? thanks

  • Hi @wonadoomore,

Are you sure the certificate is published? Are you unable to view it from the admin backend or the student dashboard?

If you could please screenshot your certificate page when you go to Engagements >> Certificates and screenshot for us to see.

    Thank you 🙂

    Hi @jnr4u2

The certificates are published. When I am in the backend of admin to click preview, I get “certificate not found”.

but when and engagement is in place, the front end user can get and see the cert no problems.
it wont let me screenshot to here.

    Hi @wonadoomore

Sorry, you’re still facing this issue.

Can you send us your LifterLMS System Report?Use services like Imgur, Dropbox, or Pastebin to share screenshots and your system reports. Remember that this is a public forum. If you don’t want your URLs, server paths, and other potentially sensitive information posted publicly and archived indefinitely you should blur or remove this information from your logs and screenshots before posting.

Also, there might be a plugin conflict too. Could you try disabling all other plugins except LifterLMS to see if this works? If it does, you would need to now reactivate the plugins one after the other to check for the conflicting plugin.

    Thank you 🙂

    Hi @jnr4u2

I have just done the LMS update that I have just received from Lifter and now it works. But I am unable to preview a certificate without publishing it 1st, even when I make changes to a currently published certificate I am unable to view my changes until I publish it 1st.

    thanks

    Hi @wonadoomore

Could you try disabling the plugins as I’ve noted in my previous reply?

Let me know how it goes.

    Thank you 🙂

Since I haven’t heard back from you in a week I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. Don’t worry, if you have more questions or still need help just hit reply and let me know!

    Have a great day!
