CF Geo Plugin

I am looking for someone who might be able to answer a question for me. We have developed a job portal using WP and require the ability for “Employers” when posting a job to be able to use a dropdown menu to select cities, regions, country that can or can’t view their posting.

As an example, an employer in British Columbia, Canada ONLY wants applicants from “Canada” and wants to EXCLUDE applicants from other countries (i.e. India, United States etc.). They may also ONLY want to target applicants in “British Columbia” and EXCLUDE applicants from the other provinces as well as from other countries.

Rather than inserting shortcodes, can this be done with a simple dropdown menu where the employer can select who can view their job posting.

If anyone can shed light on this would be great. We don’t mind paying the money to customize a plugin, but just want to know if it’s possible. We want to make it as easy as possible for the employer.
