CF7 adding “schema” to my website load

Hi and happy new year! I’m trying to speed up my website as much as possible. Today I noticed while scanning my website with GTMetrix that Contact Form 7 is adding a “schema” load that takes 892ms. What is that? And why is it loading it? I had to revert to 5.5.6.1 to avoid it. Is there a way to not have this in the newer version?
