CF7 in default profile

    Good afternoon,
    I have included a shortcode for my CF7 form in the default profile form.
    Is there a snippet I need to use to change the recipient to the user email instead of the wordpress admin email?
    I assumed it would default to user profile even without the profile tabs add on.
    Thank you for the great product.
