• I created a form that I have integrated with Less Annoying CRM and Constant Contact, and I am running into a few issues:

    1. While some of my text fields are transferring to LACRM, others are not showing up in the contact, even though the field is in both places. Some of these fields are standard and some are custom.
    2. I have a custom field in LACRM called Phone Type. I have that mapped to a dropdown menu in the form, but the information is not transferring to LACRM.
    3. I have one field in LACRM that I would always like to have the same value when coming from this particular form. I assume there is a formula to do this, but can someone please tell me how to do so?
    4. Constant Contact doesn’t seem to be taking in the information at all. The API must be connected, because when I added a contact list into Constant Contact, it automatically showed up in the CF7 Constant Contact tab. Any ideas of what to try there?

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

Update: I just installed Tablesome, and I can see that Company is creating two columns: One with a C and one with a c. I tried changing the code in the form, and was able to change which column the response maps to, but I don’t seem to be able to make it count as only one variable. I am guessing this is why I am having trouble with that particular variable, and why it is not transferring to the CRM correctly, but I don’t know why. Any ideas?

I would recommend you contact the support of the plugins you use. First of all probably the support of the LACRM plugin, I just assume it is this one: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/la-crm-integration-with-contact-form/
