CF7 & 'Request a quote': same shortcode, different mails

    We’re using CF7 in Avada with Woocommerce and this plugin: WCQL (instead of adding products to a cart, they are added to a ‘quotelist’, which is displayed on a page, after which that list, together with the CF7-form-data, is sent to both admin and client.

    In the CF7-settings, we use Mail (1) with HTML and the shortcode: ‘[quotelist]’ – it works perfectly, displaying a product-table in the admin-mail.

    In Mail (2), we use the same shortcode: ‘[quotelist]’ (in HTML-mode), yet we receive the mail with the shortcode itself: ‘[quotelist]’ – as opposed to the product-table.

    Obviously we contacted the plugin-developer, but so far we have not been able to figure it out. Any ideas or suggestions?
