CF7 Settings not available

    I am using a temp DNS to build a revised site in WP and having difficulty with CF7. The plugin is installed, seemingly properly – in fact have de-activated, deleted & re-installed twice.
    In the WP Admin panel>Plugins>Contact Form 7 this is what I get when I click on settings:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method Jetpack::is_module() in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas10_data03/42/2750642/html/wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/modules/jetpack.php on line 9

    On our test website when going to the contact page I receive the following:

    [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”]
