CF7 subscribe button not adding emails to mailchimp

Everything seems to be working with CF7 and mc4wp other than that name/email is not getting added to the mailchimp list when I submit the form. My CF7 code is:

<p>First Name *
[text* FNAME]</p>

<p>Last Name *
[text* LNAME]</p>

<p>Your E-Mail *
[email* EMAIL]</p>

<input type=”hidden” name=”mc4wp-subscribe” value=”1″ />

[submit “Submit”]

I have logged into mailchimp and checked that EMAIL, LNAME, and FNAME are the correct field names and that no other fields are required. I have CF7 enabled and setup to add the users to the correct list. I have no idea why it isn’t working.
