I have set up editable tables for my business partners on staff-access pages so billing account information can be edited as needed without going to the CFDB Admin page (BTW, Thank You for allowing limited access to the Admin page even when some users can view and edit on normal pages!!…any chance the limits could be either Administrator OR Editor someday?). One page requires that the user select desired items from one table and copy/paste them to another form for individual activity tracking. Here’s where the behaviors are not what I would expect: In Safari, one can select an item in an editable table without opening the editing box. In IE (using IE-8), Firefox, and Chrome the act of selecting anything also opens the editing box, with ALL items in that column entry selected, not just what the user tried to select. While it is still possible to deselect and reselect what is needed, that’s extra steps. Is there any way to have simple selection not trigger the edit, the way it works in Safari, in the other browsers?

Unfortunately, the Editor relies on a 3rd party component to do the UI stuff. If that does not display consistently across browsers, I can’t do anything about it.

The option to limit accessing the Admin page will have to be Administrator for the foreseeable future.

I had an idea that would be the case for each, but wanted to be sure. The Admin access limitation addition as it stands is VERY helpful! Thanks for such a useful plugin!
