CFF Not Sending Emails – Arbitrary

I have created a form for our locations to submit their cash counts online. 99% of the time it will send an email when the form is submitted, but that 1% it doesn’t and I don’t know what to trouble shoot. It seems completely arbitrary, but I noticed it is only with this form, no others. I waited a few days to see if the issue would subside, but it hasn’t which is why I am now posting this topic. Thanks.
