Hi @julienbang,
The email sends to a user in which language you submit, New User Approve does not change the same email into different languages. But users can read an email with help of any translator plugin.
Thank you

Thank you for your answer. I have two follow up questions:
- On your website’s homepage, under the FAQ accordions, it says the following “In The Free-To-Use Version, You Can Use The Plugin Hooks To Customize The Emails And Error Messages.” Where are the hooks listed? Maybe I could work it out myself with the hooks.
- In the same FAQ section, it says “Yes, The Emails Are Translatable.” and you said “The email sends to a user in which language you submit”. So when I click on “Approve”, what does it checks for choosing the language? My admin profile’s language, the website main language, something else? I want to know what triggers the email to choose between multiple languages that would be on the website.
Thank you.
Hi @julienbang,
Yes, The emails are translatable, and this FAQ point is right, Same email goes to users as with their profile language. You don’t select the language while approving the user it will translate auto. Please, ignore our previous response it was irrelative.
Thank you
