Change avatar

Hi,

I’ve just installed wordpress 3.8 everything works like a charm.
I just want to change the avatar of my admin account.

Where do I change it? I’m logged in I clicked on my profile but there is nothing else then changing color scheme’s, my name, password…

Can someone help me with this? Because this gray default avatar is not what I want.
