Change Browser Tab Name

I’m having trouble trying to find how to change my browser tab name. The name of my site is Prosthetics for Animals. However the IE tab at the top shows http://prostheticsforanimals.com (the entire URL). I can’t figure out why it’s doing that. My other blog is fine: http://www.homemadegoodness.org. No problems with the browser tab name. Any ideas on how to change this? It seems like with my other blog, it was automatic.
