It appears that you’re using the recurring donations plugin, which is a premium add-on, and we cannot provide support for in here. If you’re a customer, please consider using our priority support form in here — https://givewp.com/priority-support/.
With that said, I’m going to be brief since this is a minor change. You can use the plugin Loco translate to change those labels. Loco is normally used for translating to other languages, but in your use case, you can use your own language and then change the strings for those labels.

Hi @robindelmundo, thanks for the feedback.
I did send a support request to priority support but didn’t receive a response, which is why I tried here. I have since received feedback from the support guys, who gave me the same solution.
The solution hasn’t worked however as there seem to be some issues with the existing translation material present in the plugin :(… so am waiting on feedback again.
It would be great if this was something one could just change from within your plugin, as opposed to needing to install another plugin to do this.
