You can alternatively use your own custom code thanks to Booking Activities API.

Sorry there is no documentation for the API yet, you will need to browse the code.
Booking Activities’ code evolves very fast, with heavy changes at each major release. Building an API documentation would take too much time at this stage, so for now priority is on feature development.
But Booking Activities as a modular structure, just like WooCommerce, you will probably find everything you need in the code.
