I need to resize calendar in my website (now it’s too big); I need to change CSS parameters? Is there an easier way?

You are correct, you will need to change the CSS as there are no options within the plugin to change the height currently.

It really would depend on what you are trying to change. If it is the row heights you could try something like this:
