Change Cart Button

Hi All,
I am using Woo as a catalogue really, so I dont put any prices in the products, which works fine, and it even says “read more” which is great.

However, the cart image (as per my link) is not really correct as it does not neeed to a cart, but perhaps just a button that says “read more” or similar.

Any ideas how I change this simply?
