Change color menu button

Hi,

How can I change the color of the menu button and the color of the words when you click on the menu button.

Another thing I would like to know is: My logo looks very small on my phone en Ipad. On my computer it looks ok. Changing size in the plugin doesn’t work. How do I get that in proportion.
