=> yes sure. Please add this CSS code to file style.css of your active theme:
.pt-cv-content {background-color: YOUR_COLOR}
(with CVPro, you can change it easily in settings panel without any custom code).

# Can i make the thumbnail and the title of the post grid links?
=> It already works in this way. It seems doesn’t work in your site.
Please send me URL of web page which illustrates problem.
So I can investigate then solve it for you.

# Can i remove the read more button?
=> In the lite version, it is not available by setting option. Actually you can do it with custom filter (by PHP code), but I’m sorry that I can’t post it here. It is one of Premium feature.
