Hello. When I use “Wheel Scrolling” functionality, I need to press the Ctrl key to zoom the map. Is it possible to change the zoom functionality using only the mouse wheel?
    Thank you.

  • Hello.
This is the user using the plugin.

    Please try the following procedure.

    1) Select “Settings” in Edit Map.
    2) Within the “General” tag, set the radio button of “Map Draggable” to “No”.
    3) Save MAP.

With this, you can zoom in and zoom out with just scroll without “ctrl” button.

This plugin is more versatile than I thought.

    Hello, @pegasus81 and @sai09!

Thank you for choosing Google Maps WD!

@pegasus81, please follow the suggestions @sai09 wrote. You should have only mouse scrolling this way. Let us know if this works.

Also, thank you so much for sharing your suggestion, @sai09!

Hi to all. Yes it works, but I also need “Map Draggable” feature. How can I use both features? Thanks.

    Hi, @pegasus81!

This can be achieved by altering the plugin code a bit. Please open /wd-google-maps/js/init_map.js file and find gmwdInitMainMap function.

Add the following line to it, and you will have your maps as described:

    gestureHandling: 'greedy',

Make sure to clear the cache of your web browser before you check the changes. Let us know if this works.

    Have a wonderful day, guys!
