Change date and time

Hi,
Is there a way to manually update the time stamp of the status.
For example I get word that a customer has received there order at 13:00 from my driver, however everyone is out of the office until 16:00. When I get back and I manually update the order I want to be able to change the status to Completed with a time stamp of 13:00 to reflect the truth.
Is there a way to do this?
