Ok my issue is that the datetimepicker tool is not english (my wordpress install is in another language). What is happening is just that when I change the date it’s not recognized but if I translate it into english myself that’s fine.

If you go into General > Settings – what is the date format that reads there? F j, Y or something similar?

I have the same problem. Espacially if I set the year instead of a symbol on the timeline, I’ll often get 1970 as a date, especially after changing announcement dates.
