Change date range based on selection?

I’m working on a registration form with programs for 2 different age groups. I’m using the CF7 datepicker and I have it set min and max date ranges set, but I’d like to change it so that the range is changed depending on which program is selected.

I’m using conditional fields and thought that I could have different date fields depending on what’s selected but that seems like a messed up way to do it when I know it would be easier.

Also, is there a way to limit the years that display on the calendar dropdown to only the years available?
