Change default background on layouts

    I am working to create some default style options for the Services – Three Column
    layout. I am able to get them up via add_editor_style( but for the life of me I cant seem to override the background as it defaults to an inline background color of rgb(241, 241, 241);. I know I can use !important but that then prevents the user from changing it should they decide.

    Would someone be able to tell me how or where I can disable that inline style from rendering?

    Ok so just putting this here I realize its part of of this in wp-content/plugins/genesis-blocks/includes/layout/register-layout-components.php
