I want to change the content above the form.
Looks like a MailChimp form? Do you have a MailChimp item in the Dashboard menu. That should lead to a list of forms that have been setup and you can find and edit it from there.
Surely the “Hello, *name*” and contact information right above the form, isn’t related to Mailchimp?
It doesn’t say Hello+ to me, presumably because I am not a registered user.
If you use Chrome, the test would be to right-click “Hello”. This should bring up the html source, then look to see if “Hello” is inside the mailchimp div. I would expect to be. Anything inside the mailchimp div will be coming from the Mailchimp form.
