If we understand your query correctly, you would like to modify the “From” email address of all gift card emails.
The WebToffee Gift Card plugin creates a new WooCommerce email template specifically for sending gift card emails. However, the “From” email address for these emails is determined by the global WooCommerce settings for email notifications.
To change the sender email address:
- Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
- Scroll down to the Email sender options section.
- Update the “From” name and “From” address fields as needed.
This setting will apply to all WooCommerce emails, including the ones generated by the gift card plugin. Unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have a separate option to customize the sender email address exclusively for gift card emails.
If you’d like more advanced customization, consider using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP to override the sender email for specific emails.
