Change Embed Placeholder text

Hi there, I’m wanting to change the placeholder text in my Embedded form.

We have a beauty day spa website, so having ‘John’ is not appropriate when our majority audience is female.

I’m looking to change it to ‘Email’ ‘First Name’ etc. How do I do that?
