Hi,

I’m about to switch out ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/facebook for the Jetpack Like Box Widget on an older install (will be updated to latest WordPress).
Just to be shure, the Jetpack Like Box Widget will recognize current “Likes” from the Facebook page?

Yes, Jetpack will pick up the Likes from your Facebook Page as soon as you configure the widget.

You can run a quick test by entering your Facebook Page URL here:
https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/page-plugin

If the Likes appear properly on that page, they will appear properly in Jetpack’s Like Box Widget as well.
