    Hi Guys,

    We recently refactored our website from jellyit.co.za to jellydrop.co.za

    This caused an issue with your plugin as it was previously using GMail as the mailer with the client ID and Secret from the GSuite account for “[email protected]”.

    After rebranding our site we then changed the client id and secret to our new domains API details for “[email protected]”.

    The problem is that in your plugin, the “From Email” field is still set on “[email protected]” which it should not be. It cannot be changed since it is greyed out.

    We have double checked and the connection that is setup for it to use is definitely Google as Mailer usine all the API details from [email protected]

    Any idea why it is still forcing the old from email address?

    Please remove the connect old Google account and save the settings with new Client ID and Secret, and Authorize the new Google account. In case it helps, here’s a screenshot for the option to remove connected Google account.
