    Hi, when my customers pay using a credit card and the payment is successful, Woocommerce marks their orders as “Completed” instead of the desired “Processing”. Is there a way to change this that’s not manually?

    when my customers pay using a credit card and the payment is successful, Woocommerce marks their orders as “Completed” instead of the desired “Processing”. Is there a way to change this that’s not manually?

    By default, WooCommerce should only change an order’s status to Completed after payment if the products within the order are marked as both Virtual and Downloadable, is that the case for all of your products?

    If not, try making sure those two things are not selected, then the order should go to Processing after it is placed and paid for, instead of Completed status.
